The Galliford Try HR team is delivering a series of Manager Basics workshops designed to support line managers in following the correct people processes while living the values and behaviours of Galliford Try.
The programme will include sessions on Interview Skills, Performance Management, Absence Management, and more.
These workshops will be highly interactive and centred on real-life situations that line managers encounter in their day-to-day roles. They are designed to equip managers with the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to foster positive and effective ways of working for all colleagues.
