a sad lil song, a gay lil dance is a karaoke cabaret that gives glimpses of a love story through rantings and rememberings of drunken nights almost forgotten, tender duets belted with abandon, and joyous (gay) group dancing. It's a party, it's a one night stand, it's a drinking game. singing along is optional, but strongly encouraged, sentimentality and nostalgia may be unavoidable.

this performance includes depictions of drinking alcohol, possible references to late nights and/or sadness and/or gayness, definite moments of earnest emotional expression. this performance may feature loud music and will feature loud singing.

the venue for this performance is inside of a bar, open to the public. masking to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and other diseases is encouraged. there are 2 steps at the entrance of the building.
