Welcome the New Year with an evening of Yoga Nida, Breath Meditation & Sound. Ease your body, mind, and spirit into a deep state of relaxation, meditation, and mindfulness. Learn to connect with the present mind and release tension as you practice what is often called "yogic sleep."
This is not a movement-based "yoga" class. Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique that brings you into a state of conscious sleep. The body is completely relaxed, yet the mind is awake and alert.
We will begin with a guided breath meditation to allow yourself to drop into your body. Then lie back, snuggle in, and fall into relaxed awareness as we lead you through a guided Yoga Nidra practice, progress into slow-building Sound Immersion Meditation Experience, fall into silent rest, then conclude with a deeply grounding closing breath.

The shimmering tones of the crystal pyramid and the gentle melodies of the Koshi chimes complete this immersive experience — a journey from Earth to sky, guiding you into deep relaxation, renewal, and inner peace.
