A Kind Way Back Into Balance — Dance & Sound for the Chakras.

This is an invitation to gently let go of what no longer serves you and come back into balance — in your body, your breath, and yourself.

So many of us are carrying old patterns and limiting beliefs that once helped us cope, but now quietly keep us out of alignment. This experience is about softening those layers, with kindness, not force.

Through movement, sound, breath, and Reiki, we’ll create space to release, reset, and re-tune your energy.

Not by pushing or fixing, but by listening and allowing your body to lead. This is a space to move lovingly with yourself. To be kinder to your nervous system. To come back into balance from the inside out.

What to expect:

✨ 50 minutes of Chakra Dance.

We’ll move through each of the energy centres using guided, intuitive movement and music. This isn’t about choreography or getting it right — it’s about feeling, expression, and release. A chance to break down old patterns, shift stagnant energy, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.

✨ 1-hour Alchemy Crystal Bowl Sound Bath, Reiki & Meditation.

We’ll close with a deeply restorative sound journey using Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, working through the chakras to support balance and integration. During the sound bath, Reiki will be offered to support deeper release, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance. Sound, Reiki, and gentle meditation work together to help everything from the movement settle and land.
