Eight immersive, hands-on sessions led by Michelin award winning Chef Mick Binnington! No pretence, no fluff—just an overview of some of the essential skills every serious cook needs.



What You’ll Learn


Week 1 — Knife Skills

Master the blade. Prep clean, fast, and with purpose.


Week 2 — Stocks, Soups & Sauces

Build flavours from the ground up—the foundations of every great dish.


Week 3 — Meat Mastery

Sear, rest, and carve like a pro. Timing becomes instinct.


Week 4 — Fish & Seafood

Fast, delicate, unforgiving. You’ll cook it with confidence.


Week 5 — Pasta

Fresh dough, bold flavours, vegetables with main-course attitude.


Week 6-8 — Pastry & Bread Baking

Precision meets indulgence. A sweet finish, restaurant style. Breads and patisserie.



Course runs from 7pm to 9pm every Tuesday evening from 3rd February 2026 to 24th March 2026.


£499pp and includes a signed copy of Mick’s debut cookbook, CHEF.
