This year's Vendor Market will be like no other! We welcome you to join us as we introduce LIVE MUSIC on stage to help bring vibes and cheer! The market will be inside the Office Depot parking lot at the corner of Lovers Lane at Greenville Ave. This event will be free to the public and heavily promoted on our media platforms, guaranteeing high traffic to this area.

Market Arts & Crafts Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor in the 45th Annual St. Patrick’s Parade & Festival. This event welcomes over 100,000 attendees and celebrates creativity, culture, and community through art, music, and local entrepreneurship.

Our goal is to curate a vibrant, high-quality vendor experience that enhances the festival atmosphere for attendees and provides strong exposure for participating vendors.

All vendors will be reviewed for final approval after submision. Purchase of booth does not guarantee acceptance. Any vendors denied participation will be refunded their fees.

Booth Information

  • Standard booth size options: 10’ x 10’, 10'x20, and 20'x20
  • All packages include 1 tent, tent header name plate, 1-6ft table, and 2 chairs --- YOU DO NOT NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN TENT.
  • Access to electricity will be available at no additional cost.
  • Booth placement is assigned by event organizers and is final.
  • Sanitation and Clean-Up

Vendor Fees

Vendor fees are based on category and placement and help offset event operations, safety, security, sanitation, and city permitting.

All fees are non-refundable once a vendor has been accepted.

Juried Selection Process

To maintain a high-quality and diverse marketplace, vendors may be juried based on:

  • Product originality and craftsmanship
  • Overall presentation and booth aesthetic
  • Category balance and space limitations

Sales & Conduct Guidelines

  • No political, offensive, sexually oriented business or inappropriate merchandise is permitted.
  • Vendors must conduct business in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Amplified sound, open flames, or hazardous materials are prohibited unless expressly approved.

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

Setup & Event Day Details

  • Vendor load-in times and location maps will be provided prior to the event.
  • Vendors must be fully set up before the designated opening time.
  • Early breakdown is not permitted without approval.
  • This is a rain or shine event.

Insurance & Liability

Vendors are responsible for their own property, products, and personal liability. Some categories may be required to provide proof of insurance upon acceptance.

The event organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

Application Agreement

By submitting this transaction, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and agree to all vendor rules and guidelines
  • Submission does not guarantee acceptance
  • Fees are non-refundable once accepted
  • Event organizers reserve the right to make final decisions regarding placement, eligibility, and enforcement of rules
