WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT TO SEE?

Students are assigned booths to display their business ideas in the marketplace. Guests explore the marketplace to learn about the businesses. Each student team and Market Expo event will vary based on the uniqueness of their school. Students SHARE THEIR IDEAS in a variety of ways, through company websites, boards, and other promotional materials. Businesses are challenged to set their own goals and key performance indicators for Market Expo, through methods like generating a list of potential leads, starting an email list, conducting market research, or measuring votes or sales of product samples*. Students receive FEEDBACK from the market based on the demand for their products and services. Finally, students REFLECT on how well their businesses were received by the community.
