Join us for an exciting evening of skill-building and friendly competition at the 2026 York County 4-H & FFA Swine Judging Contest! Youth participants will showcase their knowledge and critical thinking as they evaluate four classes of swine and present one set of oral reasons to defend their decisions.
This contest provides an excellent opportunity for young agricultural enthusiasts to sharpen their livestock evaluation skills, enhance public speaking abilities, and connect with peers who share their passion for agriculture.
Whether you're a seasoned competitor or trying livestock judging for the first time, this event is sure to be educational, fun, and rewarding!
Open to youth ages 5-18.

Refund statement:
Full payment is due upon registration. No refunds will be issued within one week of the start of the event.
Membership requirement:
Current 4-H membership is not required for participation in this event, but you must preregister.
Custodial Care:
Please note that this event and its coordinators do not assume custodial care of youth in attendance. Adults (parents, guardians, volunteers, coaches, teachers, or other chaperones) must be present for the supervision of youth participants.
