Creative Art & Mindfulness Workshop Series for Children

This engaging series of workshops blends mindfulness, storytelling, and hands-on art activities to help children explore their emotions, imagination, and self-awareness. Each session integrates guided breathing, music, and inspiring stories to spark creativity, observation, and emotional expression. Children are encouraged to connect with their inner world while developing cognitive and creative skills in a supportive environment.

Course Highlights:Through a variety of imaginative projects, children experience the magic of colors, create self-portraits reflecting their dreams, design fantastical islands and secret friends, explore emotional mapping through color, respond to music with visual art, and craft collaborative murals. They also experiment with jewelry, handcrafts, and underwater or rainforest-inspired scenes. Activities are designed to nurture creativity, expand imagination, foster independence, and support emotional expression, while building confidence and mindfulness.

Special Highlight: In December 2026, we will be holding an exhibition at the Firepit Art Gallery, London. All children who have taken part in our art sessions will have the opportunity to display their work. This exhibition aims to encourage young artists and inspire their confidence, curiosity, and joy in both life and art. Families and friends are warmly invited to join us in celebrating the children’s imagination and achievements together.

🌟 Art Exploration Program

This program is designed based on children’s natural artistic development and focuses on three core areas—line drawing, collage, and color. It offers a thoughtful balance between creative expression and fundamental visual skills, helping children build confidence and a solid artistic foundation.

🎨 1. Line Drawing: From Observation to Expression

Children begin with simple points and lines, learning how to break down shapes, organize lines, and understand contrast and overlapping. Through both picture-based and real-object sketching, they gradually develop strong observation skills, spatial awareness, and visual thinking.

🧩 2. Collage: Building Shapes and Composition

Through playful shape activities, color contrast practice, single-object compositions, and scene creation, children strengthen their visual organization, logical thinking, and storytelling abilities, all while experimenting with materials in a hands-on and imaginative way.

🌈 3. Color: Exploring Materials and Aesthetic Sense

Children will explore a wide range of art materials—oil pastels, colored chalk, markers, poster colors, and watercolor. They learn about color relationships, layering, and material properties, gradually developing a refined sense of color and personal aesthetic.

With over a decade of experience in art and design, Octavia has a profound understanding of the core values of art and its transformative power.
