Suggested Attire:
All white or vibrant colors that reflect the evening’s Glow & Vision theme. Formal or cocktail attire encouraged.
The event will include a southern comfort three course dinner on behalf of Louisiana Heaven. Please review dinner options below. Dinner selections will be required upon registration check out.
First Course: House Salad
Second Course - Dinner Entree Selections :
- Slow-Smoked Baby Back Ribs - Smoked until fall-off-the-bone tender, finished with our house-made BBQ sauce featuring molasses, brown sugar, and a hint of cayenne
- Southern Fried Chicken - Buttermilk-brined, hand-breaded in seasoned flour with house-blend Lousiana Heaven signature Cajun seasoning then fried to a crispy golden finish
- Fried Catfish - Fresh catfish fillets dredged in seasoned cornmeal and fried until crispy and flaky, served with fresh lemon wedges and house-made tartar sauce
- Vegetarian Jambalaya - Long-grain rice simmered with celery, bell peppers, and onions in a rich Cajun-spiced tomato broth
Sides:
- Seven Cheese Mac and Cheese - Elbow macaroni in a creamy blend of sharp cheddar, gruyère, fontina, gouda, cream cheese, parmesan, and blue cheese, baked with a golden breadcrumb crust
- Southern Cabbage with Smoked Sausage - Green cabbage sautéed with onions, garlic, bell peppers, and smoked beef sausage, finished with butter and black pepper
- Buttered Corn with Bell Peppers - Sweet yellow corn kernels simmered in salted butter with diced red and green bell peppers
Third Course - Dessert (by Shea Butta Puddin' Co.)
- Individual Peach Cobblers
