February 24-25, 2026
The National Job Corps Association (NJCA) is pleased to invite all NJCA members to register for the 2026 NJCA Spring Conference to be held at The National Press Club. The 2026 NJCA Spring Conference is a focused, one-day convening of Job Corps staff, operators, partners, and national leaders. The event brings the community together at a critical moment for alignment, advocacy, and forward planning.
The 2026 NJCA Spring Conference will open with a Hill Day on Tuesday, February 24, where campus and corporate staff can conduct civic education meetings with their members of Congress and staff. It is strongly encouraged that any campus staff participating in the Spring Conference attend the Hill Day. When you register, please indicate if you will be participating in the Hill Day activities. Should you have additional questions or need additional information on the Hill Day, please contact Brendan O'Hara (bohara@njcaweb.org).
A full day of sessions are planned to begin at 8:30 a.m. EST on Wednesday, February 25. Registration will open at 8:00 a.m. Please note that all refreshments and lunch are on your own.
