2026 Meat Hot Sauce Festival

The NYSRA Rochester chapter is hosting our 10th Rochester Meat Hot Festival. From banquet facilities, golf courses, pubs, diners ,to hot dog stands, one commonality that is shared among the Rochester Restaurant community is their version of Rochester Meat Hot Sauce.

Tickets are $25 in advance and $35 at the door. Tickets include (1) drink ticket, (1) ticket for a plate, and tastings of meat sauce from all over Rochester with (1) ticket to vote for your favorite!
