2026 FuelFest Tampa Vendors

Tampa showed out so big in 2025 we knew we needed to run it back! So let’s do this! Join us on March 28th and let’s make history at the Florida State Fairgrounds! We’re going all out with an all new layout, more cars, faster drifting, and bigger music. Consider 2025 a teaser; this year will be EPIC! FuelFest Tampa features a complete fairground takeover with a massive car show, concert, live action drifting with fan thrill rides, themed car show zones, awards, special guests and more! Fans can enjoy our famous Taste of Tokyo curated JDM section, the People’s Choice Judged Paddock where the Best of the Best cars compete to be crowned on the People’s Choice on the Festival Stage, the Fitment Industries drift pits where fans can race cars up close, VIP experiences, limited edition 2026 swag, special guest appearances, and more! As always, a portion of all proceeds benefits Reach Out WorldWide, the non-profit founded by Paul Walker.

Please note that in order to be accepted as a vendor, proper insurance is required for liability purposes. FuelFest has an insurance affiliate for policies as low as $49. Once you submit your application, insurance details will be sent to you in the official welcome letter.

**If you are a vendor that sells die casts, apparel, keychains, or lifestyle accessories, please email sales@fuelfest.com for pre-approval prior to purchasing a vendor space. **

All registrations subject to approval. This is an application, not guarantee of event placement. Any non-approved vendors will be notified 30 days prior to event and refunded in full. Certain vendor categories are limited.
