This seminar will focus on new laws and regulations that take place in 2026

This seminar is a continuation of our previous legal update, focusing on the need to know updated laws and regulations for 2026, the new "Workplace Know Your Rights Act (SB 294)", and I.C.E. compliance requirements, notices, and protections. Employers need to know their rights and responsibilities, maintain meticulous I-9 records, and train your staff regarding correct protocals should I.C.E. show up at work.

Join us for this essential employment law update. This seminar will spotlight the most significant new laws, bills, and regulatory changes taking effect in 2026. Gain expert insight into how these new developments will impact employers, and what handbook changes may be needed this year.

Don’t miss this opportunity to stay informed and be prepared for the changes ahead! Stay ahead of the curve on the key legislative changes in 2026—and what they mean for you.
