2026 Black College Invitational Championship Education Day - Vendor App
The 2025 Black College Invitational Classic Championship Education Day (BCICHSED) will be held Thursday, March 26th, and Friday, March 27th, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Virginia State University. It provides students the opportunity to learn more about the importance of furthering their education and to explore and discover the exciting programs and experiences CIAA, MEAC, SIAC, and SWAC colleges and universities have to offer. The men's and women's basketball teams from each of the four athletic conferences will be featured and will be joined by a host of the HBCUs around the country.
This event is geared towards high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors, as well as community college students.
Attendees will attend a brief opening program with opening remarks and the purpose of the event. The rest of the time will be for students to navigate the various college/university and educational vendors at their own pace. We strongly encourage your students to visit each booth represented at the fair.
Each vendor will receive 2 free game ticket for the 12pm game on the day/s they are registered for. The games will be taking place at the multipurpose center.
All spaces include one (1) table and two (2) chairs .

NOTE: If being a vendor for both days, you will have access to continental breakfast, and access to a room block for discounted hotel rooms.
All refunds are subject to a $100.00 fee. Additionally, please note that Eventbrite fees cannot be refunded.
