Up to 80 vehicles — cars, trucks, and motorcycles — will be on display. Show off your ride, compete, or just enjoy the showcase!

🏆 Contests & Awards

Only two champions will be crowned:

🥇 Best in Show

Judged on overall appearance, uniqueness, and presentation across all vehicle types.

🔊 Best Sound System

Judged on audio clarity, bass, volume control, and crowd interest.

⚖️ One Vehicle = One Trophy
If a vehicle places highest in both categories, it will keep the award where it won by the largest margin. The runner-up will receive the other award.

📋 Judging Criteria

Best in Show (0–10 points each | Max 40)

• Presentation (creativity, clean install, wow factor)
• Showmanship (style, personality, engagement)
• Overall Vehicle Display (design, lights, effects, uniqueness)
• Crowd Interest (reaction & excitement)

Best Sound System (0–10 points each | Max 40)

• Sound Quality (clarity, balance, no distortion)
• Bass Performance (depth, punch, consistency)
• Controlled Volume (clean power at higher levels)
• Crowd Interest (reaction & excitement)

Tiebreaker: Crowd reaction determines the winner if scores are tied.

⏰ Final Event Schedule

• 8:00 – 10:00 AM → Vehicle Check-In & Staging
• 10:00 AM → Event Opens to Public
• 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM → Judging Window
• Best in Show judging
• Best Sound System demos (1–2 minutes per vehicle)
• 1:30 – 2:15 PM → Final Scoring & Judge Review
• 2:15 – 3:00 PM → Open Showcase / Crowd Viewing
• 3:15 PM → Winners Announced
• 3:30 – 4:00 PM → Load-Out & Event Close

🚦 General Car Show Rules

• Speed Limit: 5 mph inside show area
• No Burnouts / Revving / Racing
• Check-In Required: Vehicles must arrive during check-in window
• Parking: Vehicles remain parked unless directed by staff
• Clean Event: No illegal substances, alcohol, or disruptive behavior
• Family-Friendly: No explicit music, offensive decals, or inappropriate displays
• Respect: Treat all participants, staff, and attendees respectfully

🔊 Audio System Contest Rules

• Music Content: Clean versions only (no explicit lyrics)
• Volume & Bass: Powerful but controlled and safe
• Performance Time: 1–2 minutes per contestant
• Conduct: No playing outside your assigned turn
• Safety: Unsafe or faulty systems may be disqualified
• Fairness: One vehicle may win only one award

Weather Policy

This is an outdoor event and will not take place in the event of rain or unsafe weather conditions. If rain is forecast or occurs, the event may be postponed or canceled for safety reasons.

Registered participants will be notified of any weather-related changes via email and/or the Eventbrite event page.

Rules & Guidelines

By registering or attending, you agree to follow all event rules to ensure a safe, family-friendly experience.

Vehicle & Driving

• Speed limit: 5 mph inside the event area
• No burnouts, revving, racing, or stunts
• Unsafe or reckless driving results in removal without refund

Parking & Staging

• Vehicle check-in during assigned times only
• Park only in assigned areas
• Vehicles must remain parked unless directed by staff

Audio & Competition

• Clean, non-explicit music only
• Sound demos limited to 1–2 minutes during assigned times
• Unsafe or faulty systems may be disqualified
• One award per vehicle (Best in Show or Best Sound System)
• Judges’ decisions are final

Conduct & Safety

• Family-friendly event; respectful behavior required
• No alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, or unauthorized vending
• Follow all staff and security instructions

Liability

• Event organizers are not responsible for injury, theft, or vehicle damage
