Welcome to the 8th Annual Leadership Conference - Texas Women Leading Government! Join us at the Stafford Centre for a day filled with inspiration, networking, and learning. This in-person event brings together women leaders from across the Houston area to share their insights and experiences in government. Membership has its advantages so, before you register, visit Texas Women Leading Government - Gulf Coast Chapter Membership to be sure your membership is up to date! If you are not a member, now is a great time to join. You do not have to be a member to attend the conference.
Breakfast will be available during registration, starting at 7:45 a.m. The Conference welcome will begin at 8:30 sharp and we will finish around 3:30 p.m. The attire will be casual and comfortable! You might want to bring a layer, since the Stafford Centre (10505 Cash Road, Stafford) may be cool.
The mission of the Texas Women Leading Government's Gulf Coast Texas Chapter is to empower women to succeed in public service through mentoring and professional development and provide programming and opportunities to the region. To aid in this and serve other women, we will again be hosting a donation drive benefiting Dress for Success Houston! The goal is to collect handbags and closed toe shoes. The QR codes above are their Amazon wish list or you can bring items directly to the conference for collection and distribution.

Based on the sponsorship levels, sponsors are entitled to bring promotional items to the conference to share with attendees. For sponsors NOT attending the conference, promotional items can be shipped to the designated address.
Deadline for payments to be received by GCTC TWLG in order for sponsors to be listed in the preliminary conference publicity is December 19, 2025
Deadline to register individuals using complimentary registrations is January 2, 2026
Deadline for publicity pieces to be received if sponsor is not attending the conference is January 2, 2026.

Items received after January 2, 2026, cannot be guaranteed to be placed but can be brought directly to the event and the sponsor will be responsible for placing on each table prior to the start of the event. Promotional materials may not be placed in conference public areas.

The Gulf Coast Chapter of Texas Women Leading Government (“GCTC TWLG”) Annual Conference is a personal and professional leadership development and networking opportunity for the membership. To manage the costs of producing a high-quality conference, GCTC TWLG has pursued ways to reduce the conference operating costs without impacting quality – one of which is to pursue corporate sponsorships in order to offset the overall costs of the Annual Conference.
It is the policy of GCTC TWLG to pursue and utilize cash contributions from corporate sponsors for the purpose of offsetting some of the Annual Conference costs.
Levels of sponsorship are available. In-kind sponsorships may be pursued, accepted, approved, and recognized in accordance with the value of the donation provided. In-kind contributions include the donation of labor, equipment, or facilities.
GCTC TWLG does not necessarily recommend or endorse the services or products of any individual or firm that participates in this sponsorship program.
GCTC TWLG reserves the right to determine the sponsorships that it will pursue and accept.
