Saturday, February 28, 2026, SOS: Strengthening Our Students will celebrate its 13th Annual Celebrity “Soup 4 the Soul” Fundraiser 2:00pm-5:00pm. The fundraising event will be held at Bellavie marigold catering + events 700 Beta Drive Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143.

Soup 4 The Soul is sponsored by Tri-C, RPM International, Dollar Bank, Erie Bank, Retina Associates of Cleveland, JD Finish Line, and Jay Auto Group just to name a few…

Event Host & Co- Hosts: Fox 8 News Morning Anchor Wayne Dawson returns to the stage after his long battle with Cancer. Along with Tri-C President Michael A. Baston, and WOVU 95.9 FM DJ Kris Styles.

Celebrity servers scheduled to appear; Fox 8 News, WKYC Channel 3, News Channel 5, WOIO Cleveland19 News, CW43 Focus, 93.1 FM WZAK Sam Sylk, Cleveland Cavaliers announcer Ahmaad Crump, Hope Haven Yvonne Pointer, On Air Personalities from ESPN, WKNR 850AM, WERE 1490.

Last year’s special guests included Congresswoman Shontel Brown, Hall of Famer CAVS great Austin Carr, Hall of Famer, The O’Jays Eric Nolan Grant, and Hall of Famer Glenville’s Coach Ted Ginn, Sr. just to name a few!

“Soup 4 the Soul” is an opportunity for the community to sample deliciously prepared soups. Live performance from Cleveland’s own singer Tina Farmer. There will be line dancing, door prizes, raffle, silent auction, vendors, and music. Last year’s event sold out!

In addition, prior to the event from 11:30am-1:30pm there will be a special forum dedicated to Mental Health…Where Do We Go From Here? Mental Health professionals from various agencies will discuss how to navigate through life challenges.

SOS: Strengthening Our Students is a 501©3 non-profit organization whose mission is to enrich the lives of families and children through education, life skills, and innovative programs. This year’s summer camp programs include Social Media, Social Justice, Entrepreneurship, Culinary, Mental Health, Art, and HBCU College Tours.

SOS has given several college scholarships to help youth further their education.

Individual tickets $50, tables of ten tickets $500
