This retreat is not about achieving the perfect posture. It is about returning to yourself. It’s about creating space for body, mind, and spirit to reconnect through movement, stillness, and breath.
I created this experience for those who are ready to go deeper — beyond yoga as exercise and into yoga as a way of life.
Yoga came to me at a time when I was struggling with depression and anxiety. Through practice, meditation, and breathwork, I found a path back to myself — a way to live authentically, raise my children with intention, and embrace both resilience and grace.
For me, yoga is not a posture, it is inner work. It is a lifestyle. This retreat is an invitation to experience that same depth: to step out of society’s expectations, release old stories, and discover what freedom feels like inside your own body.
A day journey designed to awaken both body and spirit:
10:00 – 10:30 a.m. Check-in & introductions. Arrive, settle, and connect with the community.
10:30 – 12:00 p.m. Ashtanga-inspired yoga practice (all levels). A strong, guided flow to challenge, energize, and ground. It is not about perfection but about presence.
12:00 p.m. – 12:30 p.m. Light snacks.
12:30 – 01:00 p.m. Guided breathwork. A powerful practice to release tension and expand awareness through conscious breathing.
01:00 – 01:30 p.m. Guided meditation & integration. A space to sit in stillness and absorb the work of the body and breath.
01:30 – 2:00 p.m. Closing reflections & Healing Circle. An intentional closing, with space for sharing, connection, and clarity to take into daily life.
