
Vin-Yin yoga is a yoga style that combines Vinyasa and Yin Yoga into a single class.
The first half of the class is dedicated to the dynamic Vinyasa flow practice, which is great for stretching and strengthening the body.
The second half of the class is dedicated to Yin Yoga, which involves holding passive, long-held poses for 3-5 minutes to increase flexibility and target deep connective and fascia tissue.
