
Do you regularly walk, wheel, run, or cycle to campus - or are you thinking about starting? As part of the University’s Sustainable Travel Week, come and stretch it out with our qualified yoga instructor and help your body move better, recover faster, and feel great whilst active travelling.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing plus a water bottle to stay hydrated. Mats will be available to borrow in the Wellbeing Room.
Open to all students, staff, and local community members - no experience needed!
Free to join, but spaces are limited - book early to secure your spot. The group yoga session will take place in room G.66 (The Wellbeing Room) in the Simon Building on the University of Manchester's campus.
