Yin:Yang Yoga offers a nurturing blend of two complementary styles – the deep, meditative stillness of Yin, and the gentle, flowing rhythm of Yang. Together, they weave a tapestry of movement and stillness that calms the nervous system, awakens the body, and gently restores your inner balance.
✨ We will begin with grounding Yin postures – long-held shapes that melt tension in the joints and fascia then we will flow into an intentional Yang sequence – slow, mindful movement that builds strength and ease. We will end with breathwork (pranayama) to anchor your spirit and soothe the mind
Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning to your mat, this class is designed with accessibility at its heart – every body is welcome, every practice honored.
