A wellness experience in ATL for women to reset, restore, and reclaim their health through yoga, panels, self-care, vendors and sisterhood.

Whole. Well. Worthy.

🌸 A Women’s Wellness Experience 🌸

Because it’s time to put you first.

About the Event

Too often, women—especially Black women—carry the weight of the world while neglecting their own health. Whole. Well. & Worthy. is a one-of-a-kind wellness event designed to help you pause, restore, and reclaim your wholeness.

Created by Dr. Courtney “Cee Nicole” Whittle, board-certified Obesity Medicine physician and founder of Weight A Minute Clinic, this event blends science, self-care, and sisterhood into a day that will leave you feeling empowered, educated, and inspired.

With the holidays right around the corner, let’s reset together and step into the season with strength, confidence, and joy.

The Panels

🌿 The Silent Weight: Black Women, Stress & the Fight for Wholeness

This powerful conversation explores how stress and burnout uniquely impact Black women’s mental, physical, and emotional health. Our panelists will uncover the hidden toll of “carrying it all,” the stigma around seeking help, and the way stress shows up in our bodies, our parenting, and even our children. Expect tools, encouragement, and inspiration for reclaiming your whole health.

Featuring:

  • Ronjonette O’Bannon, PhD, LCSW — Professor, licensed clinical social worker, and founder of Transformation Opportunities, specializing in trauma-informed care and equity-centered wellness.
  • Dr. Kristin J. Carothers — Clinical Psychologist, Adjunct Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Morehouse School of Medicine, and media consultant with expertise in CBT and behavioral health.

🌿 Cramped, Leaking & Carrying On: Women’s Health Issues We Shouldn’t Ignore

From painful cramps to fibroids and bladder leaks, too many women suffer in silence, believing these struggles are just “normal.” This panel breaks that silence—showing how weight impacts these conditions, and spotlighting real, effective treatment options that restore confidence and quality of life.

Featuring:

  • Dr. Alexcis Ford — Harvard-trained urogynecologist and reconstructive surgeon at Advanced Urogynecology, specializing in minimally invasive pelvic health care.
  • Dr. Kendra Roundtree — Obesity Care Specialist at Novo Nordisk and Executive Director for the National Pharmaceutical Association, transforming healthcare through compassion, clarity, and action.
