Step into a magical world of snow, sparkle, and surprises as Auchterarder Drama Group - CREW Drama - brings you "The Christmas That Almost Wasn’t" at Auchterarder Picturehouse. This heartwarming festive adventure for all ages is co-written and directed by Lesley Buchan Donald and Tom Langlands.

When the wicked Ice Queen threatens to destroy Christmas and ruin the excitement of the worlds' children, it’s up to an ordinary family from Auchterarder to do the extraordinary. With time running out, they must rely on quick thinking, big hearts, and a little help from some very unusual friends — a naughty elf with a mind of her own, wise old gnomes, a mysterious heron, and a snowman who’s so much more than just snow.

Packed with laughter, festive magic, and dazzling local talent, this original community play is full of fun for the whole family. Expect surprises, songs, dancing, snowy showdowns, and a powerful reminder that even the coldest heart can be melted with a little kindness and courage.
