How can AI create real value for you? Where are the opportunities and risks, and how do you balance them to build a coherent AI-integrated business strategy?
Doubtless, you’re already experimenting with LLMs and other AI tools. From seeking advice or speeding up operational tasks, to creating content and digging into deep research, AI is already providing invaluable insights and efficiencies.
But how should you turn unstructured usage into a coordinated, strategic business tool that delivers real value and clear financial returns?
This practical, hands-on workshop, led by renowned AI strategy expert Simon Norris, is designed to answer that question. It will help you configure a smarter business that delivers exceptional experiences to stimulate client engagement, with corresponding revenues.
Following a carefully-constructed framework, Simon will guide you through a hands-on process to explore, shape, and apply AI with purpose and responsibility. From its use as a practical, technical tool, you will uncover AI’s potential as a strategic, user-centred experience - that not only enhances your own business, but helps you tackle the AI-related challenges your customers are facing as well.
This workshop is ideal for teams and leaders looking to embrace AI design best practice and build a genuine competitive advantage.
This workshop is designed for business leaders, strategists, product managers, designers, and innovation teams who are ready to move beyond basic experimentation and build a robust, human-centred AI strategy.

He built on his expertise user-centred design to pursue a PhD in Human-Centred AI, where his research explores the next frontier of intelligent, human-centric technology.
