Toddler Yoga with ATX Yoga Girl

Intended for ages 6 & Under with an adult
Join Cynthia Aguillón Bernard, Founder of ATX Yoga Girl for Toddler Yoga Class. Cynthia offers inclusive yoga classes for all levels combining storytelling and music to create a playful environment where everyone feels welcomed. Toddler yoga classes are a time to stretch, breathe, move, dance, relax, and have fun together! These classes will include age-appropriate activities but all ages are invited! Adult must be with child at all times. This is not a drop off class. Bring your own mat.
