WHAT DOES THE TOUR INCLUDE?

Led by our expert guide Thaddeus (author of London Estates), the tour takes you across the estate where you will get to explore the site’s little-known nooks and crannies, meandering through parks, churches and various different types of council housing, with plenty of stops along the way for photo opportunities.

You’ll learn about the vision and ambition behind the design, gain insight into the past, present and future of the site, including learning about the different architects invloved in the 3 phases.

    ABOUT THE ESTATE

Regent's Park Estate is a large housing estate in the London Borough of Camden. The estate consists of nearly 2,000 homes across 49 buildings and lies on either side of Robert Street, between Albany Street and Hampstead Road.

The estate includes the sites of Cumberland Market, Munster Square and Clarence Gardens. Most of the Estate is named after places in the Lake District such as Windermere, Cartmel, Rydal Water.

Architects invloved in different phases of the estate include Frederick Gibberd (Phase 1), Davies & Arnold (Phase 1 & 2) and Armstring & Mcmanus (Phase 3)
