The Collaborative Continuum of Care In Action

Join our Mental Health Collaborative Continnum of Care Provider event! Our goal is to continue to collaborate, connect and bring awareness to the available resources in our communit. Refreshments and networking opportunities will be provided.

Please do not show up prior to 2pm due to the nature of the host site and resident usage prior to the meeting.

Day of the event you will see reserved spots on campus. Please park there and look for the "event" sign that will lead you to the cafeteria. Due to the nature of the facility please do not wander unaccompanied around campus. If you are lost please ask a staff member where the cafeteria is.
