
We're lucky to work with The Monterey Bar Aquarium's Seafood Watch to ensure we use sustainable seafood across all our restaurants. This time we're looking forward to spotlighting those sustainable options while drawing inspiration from Southeast Asian flavors and culinary traditions. Each course will be accompanied by a wine chosen to highlight and complement the flavors of each dish.
