A 4-Part Series of Spiritual & Philosophical Exploration - Dates: Sat 3rd Jan / Sat 10th Jan / Sat 17th Jan / Sat 24th Jan

Join Ash for the first in a new series of uplifting discussion groups designed to open the heart, challenge the mind, and expand awareness.

Each session explores a key spiritual or philosophical theme and its relevance for us as spiritual beings having a human experience. Together we’ll share reflections, insights, and guided meditation practices to help us deepen our understanding and connection.

✨ Topics We’ll Explore:

1. Understanding Self – Who are we, really? Exploring the essence of Self beyond our roles, stories, and misidentifications.
2. Exploring Ego – Looking at the masks we wear, our attachments, and how ego shapes our daily lives.
3. Release to Receive: Exploring Attachment & Detachment – Exploring how attachments shape our lives, whether to people, possessions, beliefs, or outcomes
4. Cruel or Kind? The Law of Karma – An exploration of Karma as the timeless principle of cause and effect, and what it means for us.

Each 1.5-hour session combines group discussion with a bespoke meditation, creating space for both reflection and direct inner experience.

Ash is a Reiki Master, meditation and spiritual teacher, sound practitioner, and spiritual counsellor. Having explored many different spiritual paths over the years, Ash brings together a rich blend of traditions and practices in a way that is accessible, down-to-earth, and deeply supportive.

Rather than focusing on titles, Ash’s approach is about creating a safe and nurturing space where others can reconnect with their own truth, peace, and healing potential.
