Somatic Yoga and Thai Massage Relaxation Weekend Retreat.

Arriving from 5pm on Friday 24th October. Leave 2pm Sunday 26th October. 2025.

Home-cooked vegetarian food. Includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner on Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday.

Use of the house, meditation areas, sauna, hot tub and cold plunge pool.

All classes are optional and include 3 gentle yoga classes, 2 Thai Yoga Massage workshops, and 2 Reiki Relaxation sessions.

Twin room with own bathroom, shared (some single occupancy available at £100 additional cost).

Taught by Lesley of Health in Harmony and Cosmo Thai Yoga.

Additonal costs would be any alcohol purchased and any massage therapies by The Tree therapists. Cost is £395 per person.

Sadly no refunds available so do look into insurance.
