With a career spanning over 40 years, he’s performed in comedy clubs across the country, appeared on over 1,000 radio stations through his “Zany Report” segment, and has made numerous TV appearances, including The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Show with David Letterman, and Last Comic Standing. His signature style combines classic Borscht Belt delivery with a modern edge, often poking fun at himself and the absurdities of everyday life.

Zany is also known for his work in film (Joe Dirt, The Informant!) and for his long-running commitment to USO shows supporting the troops. In 2010, he became the subject of the documentary Close But No Cigar: Bob Zany, which chronicles his comedic journey and unwavering drive in a tough industry.
