Step into the vibrant world of Rhode Bath-Schéba Makoumbou, the celebrated painter and sculptor from Brazzaville, Republic of Congo.

An exhibition of her work visual arts & SCULPTURES. With a Q&A WITH PAULINE BAILEY.

We are so blessed to have Novella Ford, Director of Public Programs and Exhibitions at the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, unveiling the portrait of the legendary collector, scholar and founder of the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, who celebrate their 100th anniversary this year.

This will be followed by a lecture by PROFFESSOR MARTIN GLYNN – about the HISTORY OF ATURO SCHUMBURG and his importance to global African and Caribbean Culture.

SPECIAL THANKS AND ACKNOLEDGEMENT OF ARTIST COLLIN GABBIDON, the artist responsible for the portrait.
