Join yoga and wellness instructor Bijal for a holistic morning designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind through Yoga, Pilates, and mindful self-care.
The morning will begin with a Hatha Yoga practice inspired by the Root Chakra, encouraging stability, balance, and presence. You’ll then enjoy nourishing snacks and herbal teas, followed by a women’s health talk and empowering Pilates session with Physiotherapist Kajol Gill, focusing on strength, mobility, and pelvic health.
You’ll also take home wellness treats from incredible female-founded brands including Bare Biology, The Gut Stuff, Lincoln Fitness, Chai by Mira, and Earth & Herb.
