Amuse-Bouche – Duck Rillette Tartlet

Shredded duck confit with cranberry curd and toasted hazelnuts.

The Woodland Course – Velouté de Chanterelles

Silky wild mushroom soup with cream, truffle, and rye croutons.

The Harvest Course – Warm Roasted Beet & Endive Salad

Red and golden beets roasted in maple, paired with Belgian endive, blue cheese, spiced walnuts, and a Dijon vinaigrette.

The Game Course – Venison or Beef Medallions à la Grand Veneur

Your choice of pan-seared venison or beef, finished with a red wine, cranberry, and juniper sauce. Served over pommes purée and buttered Brussels sprouts.

The Orchard Course – Tarte Tatin with Maple Crème Fraîche

Caramelized Wisconsin apples baked in puff pastry, topped with a dollop of maple-sweetened crème fraîche.
