
Start your weekend well with a nourishing yoga class in Queen's Park, Brighton on Saturday mornings. This class will leave you feeling centred and spacious in body and mind. Suitable for everybody, no experience needed.
It will explore yoga postures (some restorative, some stronger), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation with yoga philosophy woven throughout. Practising outdoors brings the added depths of practicing within nature and grounding on the earth.
My approach is inclusive, friendly and playful, my intention is for you to leave feeling lighter in body and mind, and for this to resonate throughout their daily lives.
