Nature and Sustainability Tour: Energy and Water [Nov'25]

From sustainable design principles and energy-efficient solutions to flora and fauna in the outdoor gardens, many sustainability features remain to be discovered in Gardens by the Bay. Join our guided walking tours to learn about the importance and interconnectedness of the natural environment, biodiversity and climate change, made possible by Keppel Corporation through its philanthropic arm, Keppel Care Foundation.

Energy and Water Tour

Come on a journey through the two essential elements that sustain and underpin life. The tour will explore the water-sensitive urban design concepts and sustainable energy cycles in action at Gardens by the Bay, all while fostering a deeper appreciation of the global challenges of resource depletion, climate change and water scarcity that impact delicate ecosystems like cloud forests. From 29 May, this special tour includes free entry to Flower Dome for Singapore Residents.

Limited slots are available and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Singapore Resident refers to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and those living in Singapore, including holders of employment passes, work permits or dependent passes

Date: Every Saturday and Sunday, 8.30am – 9.30am

Meeting point: Gardens by the Bay sign next to ticketing counter, after taking Exit B at Bayfront MRT

Getting there:

1. Take Exit B from Bayfront MRT and walk through the underpass to Gardens by the Bay
2. Take the lift or staircase up to Gardens by the Bay.
3. Turn right towards the Gardens by the Bay sign, next to ticketing counter. You have arrived at the meeting point!

Essential points to note before registering

• For tours that involve entry to the conservatory, non-residents are to purchase tickets before attending the tour. Tickets can be purchased online or physically at the counter in front of Flower Dome.
• Participants who arrive more than 10min late may not be provided entry to the conservatory.
• Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to vary the tour duration and route or cancel the tour, in the event of inclement weather or other unexpected circumstances.
• The tour is catered for members of public and not commercial tour group, or any other organisation that is charging participants for the tour.
• A group photo will be taken at the end of each tour to account for attendance. Pls inform your guide if you are uncomfortable being in the photograph.
• All Intellectual Property (IP) in any form and format as well as photographs and media materials taken and/or produced by Gardens by the Bay (GB) in the course of your participation in the Event vests with GB.
• To respect our guides and Intellectual Property of our materials, please do not film or record the entire tour as the IP to the content vests with GB.
• To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests and protect the natural environment and wildlife, we do not permit dogs or other pets on our Nature & Sustainability tours, even if they are leashed, except for guide dogs.
