Delivered in partnership with NCERRC, this one year programme is suitable for Deputy Managers, Registered Managers and those managing managers. Candidates must have some experience of management, supervison and leadership but have a desire to improve their knowledge, skills and confidence in leading teams engaged in work with Looked After Children.
