Kids Meal Packing Party (Volunteering)

Let’s make a difference — one lunch at a time!
Join Kids’ Meals Houston and Seremoni Venues for a hands-on volunteer experience where families can decorate lunch bags, enjoy games, and pack nutritious meals for local children in need.

Bring your kids, friends, and teammates — together, we’ll make giving back fun!

What’s Happening:

• 🧃 Friendly Team Challenge
• 🫶 Family-friendly atmosphere with music and community spirit

Entry

Bring your team’s assigned food item to participate.
RSVP is required for each participant (kids and adults).

🟩🟦🟥🟨 Team Assignments: Bring One Full Box Per Person or Family

Each person or family signs up for a team color and brings ONE FULL BOX of the listed item.
Example: If you’re on the Blue Team, bring one full box of juice boxes or one full box of snack packs (around 24–32 individual items per box).

We’ll combine everything onsite to create hundreds of meal bags for Kids’ Meals Houston.

🟦 Blue Team – Drinks & Snacks

Bring one full box of any of the following:

• Juice boxes (like Capri Sun, Honest Kids, or Minute Maid 100% juice)
• Shelf-stable milk boxes (Horizon, Yoohoo, etc.)
• OR single-serve salty snacks (Goldfish, pretzels, crackers, Cheez-Its, etc.)

🧃 Goal: Hydration + snack items for every packed lunch.

🟩 Green Team – Proteins

Bring one full box of:

• Tuna or chicken salad kits (with crackers)
• Cheese & cracker packs
• SunButter or nut-free protein packs

🍗 Goal: Main protein item for every meal.

🟨 Yellow Team – Peanut Butter Packs

Bring one full box of:

• Jif or Skippy single-serve peanut butter cups or squeeze packs

🥜 Goal: Easy-to-open, kid-friendly protein add-on.
⚠️ Note: Peanut items will be sorted at a separate table for allergy awareness.

🟥 Red Team – Fruit Cups / Applesauce

Bring one full box of:

• Applesauce cups (like Mott’s or GoGo squeeZ)
• OR fruit cups in 100% juice (like Dole or Del Monte)

🍎 Goal: Fresh-tasting fruit for every lunch bag.

Option 1: Sponsor a Box (Can’t Attend?)

If you can’t join us in person, you can still help!
Choose a “Donation / Sponsor a Box” ticket on Eventbrite or send a contribution toward supplies.

• $10 = covers drinks for 1 team box
• $25 = covers fruit cups for 1 team box
• $50 = covers proteins for 1 team box
• $100 = sponsors 4 full meal boxes (40 lunches total!)

Funds go directly toward purchasing food items we’re short on to ensure every child receives a complete meal.

Order from Amazon, Walmart, or Instacart and have it delivered directly to:
