Iron Fest

Each lifter will perform the following lifts:

• Squat
• Bench press
• Deadlift

Awards Details
1st, 2nd, 3rd place will be awarded for total weight lifted in the following divisions:

• Youth Age 8-11
• Junior Teen Age 12-15
• Senior Teen Age 16-19
• Adult Women 130lbs and under
• Adult Women 131lbs - 160lbs
• Adult Women 161lbs and up
• Adult Men 170lbs and under
• Adult Men 171lbs - 200lbs
• Adult Men 201lbs and up

Awards will also be given for Best Lifter, determined by the ratio of total weight lifted to body weight, for the following:

• Youth/Teen
• Adult Women
• Adult Men
