Holy Yoga

Holy Yoga is a global ministry that reaches people with the gospel message through yoga, breathwork, praying in the silence of one's heart, and meditating on God's Word.

Beginner friendly, Holy Yoga has a different focus each week.

What you can expect: Biblical teaching, breath work, yoga, opportunities for praise and prayer in your heart, Christian community, new friends, and a supportive instructor!

What to bring: Yoga mat, small blanket or towel (for knee or neck support), water bottle, yoga blocks (if needed)
