Come join us for a rejuvenating, all-levels, Hatha yoga flow session at the Eldorado Mountain Yoga Ashram! Throughout class, you'll be guided through a sequence designed to bring you to a place of allowing yourself to sink in, slow down and get in touch with yourself. You will experience the magic of mind-body movement, as you are fully supported and given the space to explore the inner workings of the body. By pairing slow, intentional movement with an inward focus, this class will help your body feel safe and supported so that your nervous system can release deeper patterns of tension.
