Why not take 30 minutes out of your busy day to relax and unwind from all of the morning's activities with a gentle guided meditation, allowing you to return to the afternoon with mental calm and clarity?
This class is designed to specifically emphasise practical meditation, giving you a good amount of time to train your mind. Classes will begin with 5–10 minutes of advice on the specific meditation being practiced in that session, followed by a 20–25 minute guided meditation. The actual meditation we train in will differ each week, following a cycle of 9 meditations.
No meditation experience is necessary and everybody is welcome to join any week.
