The Dance Doctor: Movement Medicine for wellbeing

This workshop is open to everyone.

Movement Medicine is a free-form dance practice which integrates movement, rhythm and therapeutic approaches. It is designed to support your physical and emotional wellbeing by allowing your body to move in a way that feels good.

No dance experience is necessary as the workshop is fully facilitated to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Kirran, The Dance Doctor, integrates her trainings as medical doctor, DJ and movement medicine facilitator to bring this unique offering.

The workshop will run from:

10.15 - 13.30 at Colet House in London.
