Dubai Irish Society in collaboration with AXIA and Level Up CrossFit, is hosting a FREE Community Fitness Trial Day on Friday, 1st November from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Level Up CrossFit Gym.

This event is an opportunity to experience expert coaching, connect with the community, and enjoy fun and inclusive fitness sessions suitable for all levels.

What’s Included:

✅ Stretch & Mobility Session – 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM

A guided flexibility and recovery session led by the Level Up coaching team.

✅ CrossFit Group Class – 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM

A high-energy workout tailored to all abilities with scalable options for beginners.

✅ Semi-Private Coaching Experience – 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Hands-on guidance where you’ll learn technique, equipment use, and safe training mechanics — designed to give you a feel of how coaching works at Axia.
