Join us for an intimate communal dining experience where 10 guests come together to explore the flavours, stories, and traditions of a different country’s cuisine every month - all reimagined through the creativity of plant-based cooking.
Every menu is the result of three weeks of research into the region’s culinary heritage, followed by three weeks of experimentation to craft a two-course meal (plus sides!) that honours the essence of the cuisine while showcasing what’s possible with time, passion, and plants.
