Join us at Portway Lifestyle Centre in Oldbury for an open and supportive conversation with a cuppa and cake and others experiencing menopause.
This is your opportunity to chat, listen and share (if you want to) your menopause stories, questions and tips in a safe, welcoming space.

✅Looking for information for your partner, a friend, a family member, a colleague? Come along!
✅Someting bugging you about menopause? Ask others on the day or email your questions to us the week before!
The more, the merrier! Just book them here as well to help us with managing the space at the venue.

Each participant will receive a FREE copy of the Understanding Menopause booklet and other resources for wellbeing in menopause.
