TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TICKET PURCHASES. BY PURCHASING A TICKET YOU AGREE TO:
Tickets & Admission:
► Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
► Physical ID is required for entry (passport or driving licence only). No photos, screenshots, or copies accepted. All IDs will be scanned.
► All tickets are void after 7:00 PM, including those in the queue. You may be refused entry or required to repurchase a ticket. Arrive early. This is HALLOWEEN!
► No parking outside the venue. Anyone seen parking directly outside will be refused entry, even with a valid ticket.
Doors close at 7PM sharp. No Excuses or Exceptions. Please leave with the intention of arriving on time. Queuing times will be extremely long. Please factor this into your travelling time. We recommend 5:30/6PM arrival time.
Dress code: Fancy dress is encouraged but not mandatory
No refunds under any circumstances outside of event cancellation.
Date and location subject to change, we will not refund tickets if you do not want to attend the new location.
If 10 days before the event, please note if you have any symptoms we will be unable to take your booking however if you have already purchased a ticket / or have a reservation, we will be able to rebook you for a future date
On arrival at the venue, please bring your e-mail confirmation and physical ID for scanning. (Passport, driving license, or any GOV-approved ID)
