Agates IndyBookstore Tour

The League of Minnesota Poets is proud to announce the upcoming launch of its 3 rd annual Agates IndyBookStore Tour that showcases its highly anticipated Agates Volume 88, a vibrant poetry collection celebrating the creative spirit of Minnesota’s literary community.

This year’s publication will feature the work of more than 80 distinguished and emerging poets from across the state, each contributing unique voices to a tapestry of contemporary verse.

Over the coming months, the anthology’s poets will appear at more than 30 independent bookstores throughout Minnesota, sharing their work with audiences in every corner of the state. These events will offer book lovers and poetry enthusiasts the opportunity to connect with the poets, hear new works, and celebrate the enduring vitality of Minnesota’s literary culture.

Join us for a Minneapolis iteration of the event at Milkweed Books on Sunday, November 2. We will have readings from Jana Bouma, Susan Coultrap-McQuin, Deborah Goschy, Brittany Jaekel, Dennis Maulsby, Loren Neimi, Alan Perry, Nick Theisen, Steven Vogel, and more!
