A Mind of Their Own - Supporting children's wellbeing (York area only)

This 5 session video and discussion-based course addresses the emotional challenges our children face when navigating the complex world of the 21st century.

Tackling subjects like body confidence, self-esteem, anxiety, and belonging. This course will help equip you to support your child in developing resilience and a positive mindset, as well as giving some ways to take care of yourself!

5 sessions on Wednesdays, 7-9pm at Huntington Methodist Church, Strensall Rd, York YO32 9SH
